After 15 years operating as George Brand Terrigal-Toukley, business
owners Andre and Samantha Kubecka have re-launched as Brand Property.
The changes came into effect on 1 September. 

The move sees the pair separate themselves from their previous
franchise group, becoming an independent agency. To complete the
process, the pair appointed general manager Andrew Lane and worked
with Menace Group – Marketing.Digital.Social’s Kevin Spiteri.

By working with the latter, Andre and Samantha developed
their vision of a smart, progressive and independent real estate brand
that is modern, minimal and reflective of the growing and changing needs
of the property market on the Central Coast, according to a statement
from the revamped agency.
